toppled trees and scattered palm fronds are all around LA after the crazy windstorm that just swept through here killing our power in the studio for over a day. having only candles and a gas stove (whew) , it made us very grateful for all the things we seem to take for granted each day especially hot water and of course, the internet.

this recipe for spring rolls just came in and we can't help but crave a little grease
in our weekend... we like ours dipped in a mixture of worcestshire + soya sauce.

we are cape crazy and recently found this beauty still with it's original tags!
isn't it fabulous?! the image is the crowd at woodstock printed in deep blue.
it's a 100% cotton , water repellent , spot and stain resistant...
